Staff always knowledgeable and very informative!

Quiet and great accommodation with particularly good setting just off the outskirts of town, the battlefield, and downtown and battlefield. Immaculately clean building and rooms with a fridge.

You get what you pay for. Rooms were clean, quiet and relatively comfortable. Good price and adequate for what you're paying. Free breakfast is pretty lame, but again I didn't expect much so hard to rate it down.

Overall favourable location adjacent to all the attractions, downtown, and battlefield.

Waffle and breakfast bar, tasty and easy. Pool. Good mattress.

WiFi was very spotty. TV had intermittent interference.

The toilet in our room was filthy (there was urine just behind the back of the seat) and there was hair left in the shower from the previous occupant.

The bathroom was disgusting.

Would have been nice to have non-gluten options for breakfast. We wound up having to go to a nearby diner for breakfast.

The venue was always clean, had very good location and rooms. The breakfast was plentiful for a hotel of this rating with toast, oatmeal, bagels. The location was magnificent and convenient, short walk to the battlefields and shopping, restaurants, in a pretty quiet area. Plus there was a lake, within 20 minutes walk or so...

The rooms were brand-new, spotless and with a fridge. I had a microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator. The hotel has good and incredible location just next door to the battlefields as well as the outskirts of town. Besides, Jennie Wade House Museum was 3 km away from the venue.

Our room had water flood into it. We were upgraded to a suite so totally satisfied.

The hotel staff was excellent and amicable.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and eager to help. The rooms were large, had a good-sized refrigerator, a microwave, comfortable beds, and were a good value for the price.

The shower faucet was perplexing at first. You need to pull straight out on the handle VERY hard to turn the water on. The staff said most rooms have a little sign in the bathroom to give guests directions. Ours had no sign. Though the people that worked there very very friendly, the hotel was understaffed at the front desk.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast selection was good, and even with some items running low, the staff replenished them quickly. The room decor appeared a bit dated, and it would have been nice to have a tip jar to acknowledge the hard work of the breakfast staff.

The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Shower nozzle was not very good, the water just dribbled out. Had many issues with the key cards but the staff was always polite and fixed quickly.
